For your total peace of mind, all of our installations are completed to the highest requirements by experienced & fully certified Gas Safe & HETAS licensed fitters. We will inform HETAS or Gas Safe of the new installation after it has been completed, and they will provide the needed building rules compliance certification. We handle all work relating to the placement of a fireplace & fire.
Service after the sale
In the odd event that your fire has a problem within its warranty term, we will contact the makers on your behalf to guarantee a quick resolution.
Annual services include the provisioning and installation of replaced components. They are available from Gas Safe & HETAS trained engineers to ensure your solid fuel or gas fire safety and well-being in the future.

We moved to London E4, Flame log Fireplaces in Chingford, after 33 years of trade in Loughton, due to redevelopment. Our large showrooms are totally state of the art and well equipped with the latest designs.
Over 150 natural stone, marble, & wooden fireplaces, wood-burning / multi-fuel fires, gas fires, and electric fires are on show. We invite you to visit our showrooms to observe real flames burning in beautiful settings, where we would be happy to discuss your needs in detail and provide guidance.
In East London’s Chingford, we’re close off the North Circular Road A406. Our storefront is directly on the main road, only a few doors down from Chingford Audi.
We are conveniently located near the M11, M25, A10, & A12, allowing us to easily access various regions of London, Hertfordshire, Essex, & Middlesex. Customers may park on the street in front of the showrooms.
We offer one of the largest and diverse exhibits in the South East of England, with over 150 fireplaces & flames. We offer something to meet everyone’s preferences and budgets.

Fireplaces of the Present
We provide a variety of natural woods, such as oak, pine, & mahogany, and have fireplaces created from these materials on display in our stores. Timbers come in various colors and painted finishes and may be solid or veneered.
To complement your wood surround, choose a contrasting infill & hearth in granite, marble, slate, cast iron, or steel.
We offer a diverse selection of natural materials from Portuguese & Turkish limestones to English sandstone & solid limestone. These natural stones are on exhibit in our shops, and one can easily find them.
