Climate Condition for Peanut Farming
Basically, we can cultivate peanut crops in subtropical and tropical regions. It requires a long warm season and moderate rainfall during its growth period. For the high yield production, it wants sufficient sunshine along with a hot and warm atmosphere. The ideal temperature for this cultivation is between 22 °C to 32 °C.
The lower temperature during its growth can be the reason for low production rates and low quality of seeds. So, you have to ensure that it needs warm, dried, sunny and hot climate conditions, especially during the ripping stage.
Soil Requirement in Peanut Farming
Farmers can grow peanuts in any type of soil, but you have to grow them in well-drained, sandy, sandy loam soils for better production. And the light soils are more suitable for easy insertion of roots. These soils also help in the healthy development of the seeds and harvesting. You have to skip the clay soil and heavy soil because they are not suitable crops for the cultivation of peanuts. The Ph level of the soil for this cultivation is to be between 5.8 to 7.3 Ph.
For the commercial farming of peanuts, you should get a soil test for the perfect knowledge of your farm soil. It can be helpful for you because you can know everything about the soil. So you can give the perfect treatment to your farming so that the production can be maximised.
Along with this, you should prepare the land for the cultivation of the groundnuts with the help of tractors and farm implements. You can use a good mileage and powerful tractor like Mahindra 265 for the land preparation operations.

However, the basic varieties of peanuts in the market are Runner, Virginia, Spanish and Valencia. Each of them is peculiar in size, flavour and also nutritional composition. Therefore, you can select a suitable one for better yield production depending on the soil and climate.
Now you can sow the seeds for better production with the help of powerful and reasonable tractors like Mahindra 275 and others. Quality farm implements are also used for the sowing and land preparation etc.
